Help IDing, 3 likely types

Gave some labelled plants to my cousin for the summer, got them back with nothing to identify them but their peppers.

The two most likely types are Carolina Reaper and Brain Strain.  There's a small chance that one of them is a red savina.  I can't really remember which I gave him that long ago.
 
Any thoughts on which is which based on these terrible photos?

I'd say they were Caribbean Red Habs to be honest.  They look nothing like a Carolina Reaper or a Brainstrain.
