Help on chilli growing.

Hello,
I decided to experiment by planting some birds eye chilli seeds into a pot of just some plain potting mix. A few germinate a few weeks later. It is four weeks after they have germinated and they have only very small true leaves and are about an inch tall. What should I do to speed this growth?
 
Make sure they get plenty of light, keep the soil moist but not swampy at this stage. Keep them warmish. A windowsill should be perfect. If you live in a skyscraper or somewhere else where there is little sunlight, might be a good idea to buy one of those hanging things for pots, and put it out on the balcony. That way it gets more sunlight. Cheers.
