help with leaf deformation

I have 36 plants on the side of my house the top leaves are scrawny and curling, the rest of the plant pale yellow green with very few flowers. All of my potted plants are doing well. here are some pictures

Looks like the broad mite problem I had a couple weeks ago. Only without the bronzing.

I have a plant doing something similar. I don't have broad mites. Not sure. I will follow this thread. Thanks.

I looked all over the plants and did not see anything as far as bugs. Was thinking some kind of deficiency

Found creepy crawlies that moved like spiders earlier. Hopefully the ladybugs I bought will eat them.

I have a similar problem in my aquaponics setup. I'm almost sure it has something to do with the water...
 
Anyone know what deficiencies this can be caused from?

The guide pic I have says that would be calcium deficiancy.
 
New leaves misshapen or stunted.  Existing leaves remain green.
