I received the package from Mick in a few days, great turn around time and immediately popped it open. The Hemi sauce wqas full of flavors, Garlic and Carrots mostly. The amount of heat was perfect for this sauce. Not overpowering, just the right match with the garlic. I tried it with some Steak and Eggs for breakfast, great. Looking forward to trying it on a few other things and sharing it with a few friends.
The Chocolate Habanero Bar, WOW! My wife loves chocolate but just laughed at me when I offered it to her. So I took it to a UFC party with my Ranch Hand Candy and we sampled it among friends. It has a rich deep chocolate taste, and HOT habanero flavor. A bit to Hot for most of the guests, but worth trying. Very unique and worth a try if you love chocolate and Hot foods. The habs mixed with the chocolate just instantly fill your mouth with flavor. Good Job.
