Here is my semi-current assortment of hot sauces

I wouldn't consider myself a collector, since I eat all my hot sauce. This was taken a few months ago, so some these bottles are long gone now (and new ones have taken their place). Running a hot sauce shop has it's perks

I mock your puny assortment. That looks like he top shelf of my fridge alone.
:D

Great selection but I see a couple missing   ;)  ;)  ;)
How can you see them if they're missing?

(I keep telling them about GFD XXX!)

@Heat - I recognize one of my prototypes - is that the OG Brown Label?

That is indeed OG Brown Label! That bottle is empty now though

And yea, you brought in GFD awhile back and we loved it. We may be picking some up in the future  :P

outside the LDHS what would you say is your favorite sauce in that stack?

Oh god, so hard to choose.

Dark Heart Chile Sauce's "The Abyss" (small jars in the upper right hand corner) is an absolutely amazing chile oil made with Hazelnut and Walnut oils.

Secret Aardvark is a classic and probably the sauce I used the most of on an everyday basis.

The Caribbean Sunrise (aka Lottie's) is a great Barbados style mustard sauce.

HotMaple Smokey Habenero is an awesome sweet and smokey one.

I also love BigFats 708, Rogue, Hot Winter, Akabanga (rwandan chile oil), and HBD Cauterizer.

You could make everyone jealous and post a pic of the shop shelves.  That is your "pantry" of sorts~

There are soooooo many hot sauce companies and now I'm seeing a few more to check out.

We have to do a fridge clean-out about once a year.  First time we did one, I think we had about 250 products/bottles.  That was ridiculous!  Some were over 5 years old and were definitely funky!

I probably will do a shop photo one of these days! Wasn't sure if that'd be seen as self promotion.

I'm probably due for a fridge clean out myself. I have one fridge at home, one at the shop and both have way to many bottles to even deal with   Ah well, that's a pretty good problem to have!

My Hubby was just complaining tonight about the number of and what's what of the bottles in our fridge.  But we have so many new and awesome sauces, it's gonna be impossible to do a clean out.  I think a better route would be the "one in- one out" philosophy.....but that's gonna kill me when we order from a new sauce company and still have some LuckyDog on the shelf!!!!

Yea....that's not gonna work!~

Pics of the shop might be seen as promotions, but you can  post them in the Promotions section where it's all good!

and yea...it's a good problem to have.  :fireball:

Yea, the one-in, one-out policy never worked for me. Now I've re-purposed a wine fridge to be my permanent hot sauce fridge

Ditching the wine for hot sauce in a refer????    Man, that'll be hard to justify!

Hmmm I think I've had every sauce in this pic, or at least 90%, and I would say the Humboldt Island Style is the bomb, though a bit limited on what you would put it on. But it rocks!

Yup, Island style is a really great one. Dan and Cal are real nice guys too!

Yes the Hab Mango is great too, and the Emerald sauce is great on seafood!
