There are soooooo many hot sauce companies and now I'm seeing a few more to check out.
We have to do a fridge clean-out about once a year. First time we did one, I think we had about 250 products/bottles. That was ridiculous! Some were over 5 years old and were definitely funky!

Hmmm I think I've had every sauce in this pic, or at least 90%, and I would say the Humboldt Island Style is the bomb, though a bit limited on what you would put it on. But it rocks!
