Crabs, Oysters, Hot Sauce & Music are pretty much all I know. Oh and tequila. I make hot sauces occasionally for holiday gifts and as party favors for special occasions ie friends weddings, bdays, etc. I want to also get into making pepper jellies since that's something that can be sold legally in this state via cottage food laws to raise some funds to start an actual sauce company in the future. I grow fish peppers in my backyard in the summer. Obsessed with Scotch Bonnet peppers. Been known to eat whole carolina reaper pods to show off at parties. My grandfather was a chef in some fancy restaurant in Annapolis for years and has been in the media several time for his crabcake recipe. Full time musician otherwise.
