So excited to find this resource. I'm growing a wide variety this year so I'll be lurking everywhere. Last year I got a big dehydrator and have made several shakes. This year i want to do more fermentation. I have so many plants going now that I'm very ecited about, Rhiza Macedonia with the big corking and all my Bulgarian carrot plants are probably what im looking forward to the most. I am using bottom wicking bucket set ups with coco coir/perlyte mix. Dyna grow liquids.
