I love making hyper spicy pasta! Here's a picture of the last pasta I made (photographed by my gf). What do you guys wash your spicy food down with? I like tomato juice with salt.​

Hello Hello Hello .... To answer your question.... it depends on the type of burn.... if it's a nice burn then it's a cold beer..lol .... if it's a burn that leaves me crying and dying then it's milk/milkshake ...lol (I'm old, my stomach says "what are you doing to me " lol)
 
Your hyper spicy pasta looks delicious! Any chance you want to share the recipe with us?

As for gulping down something with my spicy food, I really like a nice oolong tea at drinking temperature.
