I just love peppers. I have only been growing (a few smaller plants, here and there), for about 7 years now. I have mostly only dried and fresh ground them. I've also used them in home made pickles, or to add kick to soups etc. I would love to start making hot sauce and pastes as well. I have had a decent varity over the years, from Cayanne to Carolina Reaper, but since space is very limited and the scorching fl sun, they never last more than a couple of seasons. Then I start over. I'm going to make some of the Earth boxes I found here for next time. These pics are just some (pre-ripe) I had taken.
