Hi All, New member here

I'm located in central North Carolina, USA and have been growing Paprika specific peppers for about 4 years. I started with the basic Hungarian Magyar and even though is is not traditionally used for smoked paprika, I chose to smoke mine in my cold smoker to get that extra bit of flavor. Am working to grow the Spanish varieties to try and re-create the true smoked paprika that is so wonderful. That's my pepper journey so far. Thanks for having me aboard.
