Hi to everyone. I know its been over a year since I've been here...I see names I recognize and a few I don't so I figured I would drop a line and say Hi. The last time I was here I told ya'all that the company I was (I emphize WAS) working for sent me down south to work in New Orleans with my dump truck....probably the largest mistake I have ever made!!! But now things are finally starting to get better and I got the internet back (some bills are just more important than others) So now that things are getting back to normal I have begun to work on my sauces once again. So far I've developed 6 BBQ sauces, 2 Hot sauces, 1 extract, and 5 different meat rubs. We are still working on getting that first commercial batch of each made.
