Hi from Canada

Hi guys, grew my first peppers this summer, Carolina Reapers, and am looking forward to making some great hot sauce from my harvest.
Have tried some powder from de-hydrated peppers on some jerky and it was fantastic.
Looking forward to learn the ways of fermenting my own sauces.
