Hi from Chicago IL suburbs

Hello Everyone!
 
I have been playing around with growing superhots and making my own sauce for 2 years now. I am getting the hang of things and I am loving all the different methods and flavors to try. 
 
Currently I am growing Reapers, 7 Pot Douglah, 7 Pot Yellow, Bhut Jolokia Chocolate, Jalapeno, and Peppadew Peppers.
 
Tried smoking some peppers this year and loved how they turned out. Currently playing with fermentation. 
 
I can't wait to learn as much as I can from all you Hot Sauce vets out there!
