Hi from Minneapolis!

Hey Everyone -- 
 
A friend just turned me on to THP and I've been reading nonstop for the last week. Can't wait to contribute! 
 
Like what looks like many of you, I dabble in growing peppers and making sauces for my family and friends. I spend the summer smoking everything at the butcher, and the winter fermenting whatever I can find. I really look forward to learning new techniques and bouncing ideas of each other.
