Hello Friends! My Name is Jackson and I run a small Seed, Seedling, and Hot Sauce company based in Portland, Oregon called PDX Peppers. Thanks for welcoming me into your community :D I started growing Thai peppers in 2016. In 2018 I was living off grid in a yurt in Hawaii working for a small business with some friends. We would spend our days building an off grid community from the ground up for someone else and I had a realization that I was done working for other people. I had a passion for organic agriculture since 2011 and decided I was going to start my own farm. I collected seeds from a few plants my buddy was growing out there (Bolivian Rainbow and Hawaiian Chilli) and I enjoyed growing peppers so that was the rabbit hole I was going to fall into. I bought a few dozen pepper varieties, moved back home to Portland, and started selling pepper seedlings in 2019. In 2020 I started selling seeds and sauces. In 2023 I started selling at Farmers Markets and have been growing ever since :) Thanks for having me in this forum :D

I appreciate the support, thanks! I was actually not aware of this website/forum until I was looking at the analytics section of my website as saw that I had gotten some traffic from this website and then decided to check it out and saw that you had tagged my website earlier this year. Thanks for that and I hope my seeds have faired well for you :) :D
 
No complaints at all, and your welcome. I am looking forward to seeing your grwlogs this year, take a look around the hot pepper site lots of good info and you can see my grow logs from the last couple years as well as many others.. I'm waiting on the seed train for this year before I get started this year..

Awesome! Yeah I definitely plan to be posting more once I start my season :) Will be cleaning out the greenhouse soon and starting seeds around the end of Feb
