I have only 2 years of experience with growing chili peppers, mainly Habanero, Fatalii and some Aji varieties. 2019 should be my first step into a wider range of varieties, a bit more crossbreeding and hopefully enough peppers for some hot sauce.
I have some seeds of my crossed Habanero/Fatalii, but I dont expect any unique results from that. Stil excited to grow them this year.
I like the idea of some homemade hot sauce, maybe a recipe book, for sharing with family and friends.
