Hi I'm Sam from Texas I have a problem with my habenero plant

I am located in South Texas we have had some warm weather so I transplanted my habenero plant outside into a larger pot and Watered it. temp has been around 60 to 80 but the wind has been blowing hard at night I got off work and notice my plants leaves have drooped and lost some of the tip what should I do also my basil plant has suffer the same if that helps

That second picture looks like my basil after a frost.  I'd protect them better if you can.  It can be a pain, but sometimes you have to shuttle them indoors at night and back outdoors during the day, during the spring.  Other options would be to keep them indoors till it warms up more at night, or getting a greenhouse, etc.
 
I guess I jumped the gun the weather was warming up and I got excited do u think 50 degrees would be low enough to cause this I'll probably bring them inside and see how they fair here's a couple more photos as well

Could have just been the wind.  A lot of growers use fans indoors to get the plants used to wind.  It strengthens the plant.  But yours should be fine!
