Hi

Hi, just got here to learn more about sauces, especially fermented ones.

Right now, i'm fermenting my first ever batch with the follwing peppers (in brazillian portuguese, cause I don't really know their english names):

- Fidalga amarela:
- Dedo de moça,
- De cheiro doce
- Cambuci
- Mini yellow bell peppers

Along with some garlic cloves, onions, half a carrot and some spices 🤠
