I'm from North East Victoria in Australia, very close to the Australian Alps, not the ideal climate for growing chilli's but i'll see how i go.
 
My plan is to raise some seedling during the winter and plant them out for the summer. I have just started work on a little propagation area where i have installed some Led strip lighting and have a heat mat due to arrive shortly. 
 
I would appreciate some recommendations on Australian seed suppliers or another source that complies with customs. i have previously ordered seeds from over seas and have had some success but i have had some confiscated also.

As for the Australian alps we recieve more snow than Switzerland.
