Jokes aside, that veggie burger challenge where I did the orzo/lentle/shredded carrot burger produced one of the tastiest burgers Ive ever had, veggie or otherwise. I was just thinking about that the other day - I need to search back & try to find that throwdown, cuz that recipe was yummy!
