I have a bottle here. I like it.

Some naga flavor, lots of vinegar. Plenty of heat!

I just came back today from an Indian food buffet where they serve "hot sauce" on the buffet that is very mild. I used the Holy Jolokia to spike it up to reasonable levels and it was awesome.

One of my favorite CaJohn's sauces at the moment.

I received a bottle of Holy Jolokia yesterday.
The taste is very "Sriracha like" probably because of the garlic in it, in my opinion, the garlic made the Jolokia flavor disappear...
Not as hot as I expected.
For me Sriracha is kind of "spicy ketchup", so I'll describe the Holy Jolokia as Sriracha on steroids.

That is PepperFreak's favorite sauce. I like it too, but has just a touch too much vinegar IMO. Love the garlic flavor though.

I have a prototype bottle, but haven't opened it.

I may give it a whirl one of these days!
