Home grower and hot sauce maker from Atlanta

Hi all, long time (forum reader), first time (poster). I've been an avid, from-seed pepper grower in Atlanta for the past few seasons, with the main purpose being homemade fermented hot sauces. Happy with my success growing relatively common varieties: jalapeno, cayenne, thai, hot lemon, mad hatters. Ready to branching out into some new territory, especially to make some more interesting sauces.
