I was looking at the list of ingredients on the back of a bag of Dr. Earth's All Purpose Fert (4-4-4). He has a similar product with an NPK of 5-5-5, with the same list of ingredients. The ingredients consist of various meals like fish bone meal, kelp meal, alfalfa meal, and cottonseed meal. There might others, too.
So, my question is this. Has anyone tried making their own fert out of these various meals?
