We just had this Omelet for Brunch today....so it reminded me of this Video we did years back.

I had to give her some milk after we stopped filming this video...I guess it was the Habanero powder because the Charleston Hot Pepper isn't all that hot.
Love to make Pepper and Egg omelets too. We freeze sweet peppers like Gypsys, Tollies, Biscayne and Volcano to make Spicy omelets and stay warm in the Winter months.
