Today , I prepared all vegan Lentil Fritter's Curry.

It is Hot as well as Spicy.

Looks great NJA, but that last bit was a bit unnecessary. C'mon man spill the figurative beans! What's in it!?
 
Huh? Where's the fritters?
 
I more confused by not seeing fritters.
 
Actually lentils can be quite good, there are many types, I like the the red and yellow the best. Try a pureed lentil soup made with red lentils. There's a Turkish pureed soup with red lentils that's da bomb.

I was sure that this question would arise.

This curry is made out of leftove fritters which are crumbled and then used in making the curry,

See the following ingredients.

On the cutting board, all the ingredients are there.
They are Ginger, Garlic, Tomato, curry leaves and onion.
On the left , you would see crumbled fritters.Fritters have Chickpea lentil and Blackgram lentil, lotsa Green chillies and ginger apart from Dry red chillies.

spice powders that are used are,
Garam Masala Powder
Cumin-Coriander powder
Turmeric powder
Red Chilli powder
Star Anis
Fennel
Mystard seeds
Cumin seeds
Bay leaves
Cloves
Cinnamon
Salt
Sugar
Lime juice
Cooking oil

By Wednesday, you would find this recipe on my blog.

Ths fritters were pretty much falafel balls correct?
 
It sounds good, but please post it in the recipe's section. I think it'd be more fitting there and would probably get more traffic. AND since it uses left over fritters, maybe post the recipe for them as well. The dish probably wouldn't be complete without them.

This makes sense.

Cause the ones I tried tasted like a water-soaked, shredded cereal box. Hell, they were even the COLOR of cardboard. I kid you not. ;)

Then again, it was my ex-wife who made them. She was a bit odd anyway. She would boil whole peanuts till they were this soggy, slimy THING....and then eat bowls full of them. She also put some horrible yellow mustard concoction on, otherwise, really pretty barbecue.

Must be a South Carolina thing.....that or she was just plain crazy. :rofl:

I'd be willing to try lentils again.
 
The lentils you had I don't like that much either. Try some Red Chief lentils.
