to start with from chilehead POV it has some heat that you can feel but not HOT. unultered version is kinda on the salty side but still a great taste.
works great on steaks & burgers(yes wild game too)
I've made my own cut & simple to do.
original ingredients are
salt, MSG, garlic, habanero, black pepper, red pepper, jalapeno, hickory flavor, sugar, calcium stearate, white pepper, marjoram, onion, rosemary, paprika.
my cut used fatalii, no MSG -hickory flavor-jalapeno-calcium stearate (WTF is this?) less salt cut.
