Hot Pepper Salt

Does anyone have a basic hot pepper salt/seasoning recipe? I have been drying some pods and want to do a little sea salt, garlic powder, pepper powder, etc. mix for a nice all around spicy seasoning.
 
I was just planning on adding a little of this and a little of that until I came to a nice heat/taste, but figured I would see if any of you experienced vets have a go-to mix? Thanks for the help
