In my opinion JayT is among the toughest & most fair reviewers around - which is why I was happy to give him the exclusive 1st look.  
 
That said, I think Hot Sauce Daily is another of the reviewer sites out there who is both tough and fair - they really take their time & evaluate all of the qualities of a sauce, and provide a useful benefit to the hot sauce community.

Thank you for all the great peppers you keep providing me to prototype with! Were it not for you this Black Label would not exist - your original Morugas were the inspiration for this sauce, and I am greatly appreciative - I tell folks about you all the time at my farmer's markets.
