I've thrown myself headlong into hot sauce making. At first, I was just trying to save money, because a bottle of Frank's Red Hot Buffalo is pretty expensive to use as a wing sauce. Then I discovered Moore's Habanero, and discovered the Habanero. But again, $6 to $8 for a bottle of hot sauce to be used as wing sauce (you need more of it than just a few drops) is expensive. So, I started making my own.
I've worked up a nice Habanero/Mango that I'm really enjoying, but I'm still trying to make it better.
