I searched online for some lists of sauces and their scoville unit ratings and was wondering how accurate the lists are. I saw on one list that Vicious Viper was 2 million on the scoville scale but on another it was less than 400,000. Does anyone know it's correct rating and do all lists differ?

The Scoville scale is inaccurate at best. Don't throw all of your trust into it. I love it when people tell me they can tell the difference between 500,000 SHU and 505,000 SHU.
