How are they looking? Almost all planted ~24Jan20

Like the title says, this is my first year growing peppers from seed and I was hoping to see what you all think of where my peppers are at. Soil is 1:1:1 composted manure, vermiculite, coco coir.
 

 
bonus question:
 
Should I be topping these two guys (Colorado climate)?

Looking pretty good 
I wouldn’t top them yet, usually I will wait until it’s getting too tall and the bottom isn’t really branching out then I’ll give em a haircut. Then they end up going   into branch production. I gotta know though, why the security camera next to the plant

Oh I'm around sorry for that.. I haven't gotten around to replying quickly because Ive been slammed in other aspects of my life.

The webcam is used to monitor the humidity and temp in the grow tent from the warmth of my house (the peppers sit in the unfinished basement)
