storage How Can I freeze Manzano Peppers?

What do I have to do to freeze Manzano Peppers? Last year I tried to just freeze some in freezer bags and when I went to use them they were so soft I thought they might be spoiled. I want to try and freeze some this year if I can find out the right way to do it

you mean they were soft after thawing them, right? cuz i think that's kind of inevitable when freezing peppers. btw welcome! (and i'm a girl. i've decided to tell all new members from the start...apparently it's really not obvious)
 
I believe after peppers are frozen and then thawed they are much softer than they were originally. That's why you have to use the peppers right away after thawing them out and they can't be frozen again because they break down too much.
