Why? You trying to make someone (or yourself) turn into a walking pile of spontaneous combustion?
16 million is the max for capsaicin, but I do hear that scientists have been working on an artificially created resin( or maybe it's a natural resin) that is 16,000,000,000 (that's 16 BILLION) SHU. I forget the name of the stuff, but I wouldn't handle it without a triple layer BSL-4 suit on.
Not something I would care to try. One microgram of that stuff and people would be bursting into flames!
