How do these look at this time of the year [UK]

How are these looking, they have just been re-potted to a 9cm pot, this windowsill is warm and lets the most light in.

In a month or two when the weather gets a bit better I will put them outside under a shelter thing I made which the sun gets through and then when the leaves harden I will take the cover off etc.
