Why would you want to "repair" it? If cracked that may make some sense (I don't see a crack in the pic), but it not cracked that 's just the way wax goes. In no way does it diminish the sell-ability of the product.
 
That aside, are you aware that a wax "seal" on a bottle does not prevent it from going bad? Wax is not a true sealant and so allows bacteria and such in.
