I want to make some sauce with my peppers but they are not all ripening at the same time. My Chocolate Habanero plant currently has 4 ripe peppers and 10 unripe ones on it. Naturally I want to wait until they're all ripe, but how long can I leave the currently ripe peppers before they start to rot? Any ideas?
