I am growing some trinidad scorpions, and a few peppers have been the same size for a week or two now, and are staying green with no sign of changing colors, they are very big peppers and very hot, they just are not turning colors, on average how long does it take for them to fully ripen? And is there anything I can do to promote ripening and increased heat? I am a newbie to peppers.

Enjoy the idleness. Once they start ripening, they go nonstop.
Dont be surprised if they take close to a month toripen. But once they do, you'll probably be picking every day almost.
