How tall should a Bhut Jolokia get before flowering?

How tall should a Bhut Jolokia get before flowering? I had it in a 2.5 gallon pot, and moved it to a 5 gallon DWC hydro.

I have a few plants that I got very late in the season. I had a bunch of leaf loss, and there is tremendous new growth growing in right now, so I will
probably miss this season of peppers on it.

I just got a single plant in a DWC hydro bucket, so I'm hoping that increases the growth rate of it some, but it will help me compare growth rate with dirt vs hydro.

I don't think it has anything to do with height. They will flower when the conditions are right.

Both of these are podding.

how old is the one on the right? also that's pretty short did you grow that from seed?

They are both from seed planted at the same time. The little one was an "extra" and left for dead in an 18oz beer cup totally root bound. When I went to throw the "extras" in the compost bin I noticed some had pods on them and potted them up (about a week ago).
