food How to make a proper Tomato Sauce per Pasta

Hi all,

So to make a proper Tomato sauce, it's very simple : watch Daft Punk Revolution 909 video ! The real recipe is in it !
(don't ask me why I posted this ... probably because I'm making pasta sauce right now ... or because I'm dumb ... or both ....)
 
My BIL can cook up a mean bowl of spaghetti. I was slightly tempted to put a pinch of my superhot powder in his marinara sauce, but he can't stand anything remotely spicy and he'd probably hate me for the rest of my life lol

But, seriously, the the recipe in Daft Punk video is ... crap ....

Here is mine (very simple, it's just a salsa di pomodoro after all ... ) :
- a can of tomatoes (full tomatoes in their juice. Don't use fresh tomatoes)
- 1 clove of garlic
- olive oil (as much as you want, usually a spoon)
- dried oregano (as much as you want)
- PEPPER !!
- salt
- pepper (you know the grey/black thing ...)

Put everything together in a pan, cover & cook at low heat. Don't bother cutting the tomatoes, it must cook for at least 2 hours so they will disintegrate ....

Okay, this recipe is useless, a 5 years old kid can do it ....
