Hey everybody, nice to join you in the pepper growing endeavor. I had a neighbor give me a Chile de Arbol plant last year when he moved back to Mexico, and caring for it over the winter gave me the grow bug.
I bought a small jalapeno plant and also a tabasco about a month back. The tabasco didn't make it, the jalapeno is doing OK.
I have bugs that are chewing holes in my leaves, and I got a little mad and went crazy with the homemade dish soap insecticide and they both wilted really bad on me. The jalapeno seems to be coming back, the tabasco never did, I had to euthanize it.  
 
Hmmm, I made a post thanking you all, and a pic of my little crop. IDK if I did something bad, or if I just accidentally deleted it, but it went away.

It was a pic I inserted with IMG tags from Flickr, is that frowned on here?
 
Something going on with my little jalapeno, leaves are all wrinkly. 
 
I just picked a caterpillar off that little plant in the blue pot, little bugger has chewed those leaves all up!
 
Ha you could be surprised at how much we can get creative when its time for growing peppers ;) i grow some and im a few KM from the artic circle ;) :P
