My name is Terry, and I'm a pepperholic. I've recently started experimenting with various forms of fermentation and have been looking for like minded folks to learn from. Most my ferments have been hot sauces made from various peppers in my garden, but I've got some mustards going and some apple cider vinegar. Time will tell how well those pan out.

My first go at hot sauces was a Louisiana style sauce that I then put some variations on by adding fruit. It was a tad hotter than I intended it to be, but the flavor was fantastic. I've got a few people acting as guinea pigs for me here by being my taste tasters. So far, the feedback has been good. I don't think I'd mind doing this for a living at some point. We shall see.
