seeds Hydrofarm Germination Station

Howdy all! I use about 4 Hydrofarm CK64050 Germination Stations to start my seeds. Normally, I just use loose starter soil and brush it into the cells but was wondering about peat plugs. Has anyone ever bought plugs for this germ tray? If so, what the heck size?

I've never used peat plugs, but a good friend tried and they wouldn't quite fit.  The germination station uses a standard tray insert that has 36mm holes.  The 36mm jiffy pellets expand past 36mm when wet so you'll need to stuff them a bit.  I personally use Rapid Rooter plugs and they fit great.  They are about the same price on amazon so you might want to check them out.

+Plus one the rapid rooters, Its all i use, i get 55 for 12 bucks at the local hydro store. Been using them for years, just dont keep them to wet when germinateing.

Yep Rapid Rooter fit just fine and are all organic another plus.
