hydroponic Hydroponic question???

For plants like lettuce and herbs grown in hydroponic nutrients, can you pick off leaves to eat as they are growing? Do they need to be "flushed" or anything like that? Just concerned if it is toxic or anything harmful.

I'm using this greenhouse fert right now:

I guess I could call directly but does anyone happen to know?

Thanks in advance

you can just eat them, maybe rinse the outside incase any bugs were on it but that's it.

good choice on the fert btw.

not being grown in organic soil might not taste as good, but, as far as being harmful, not sure!
I am growing some in organic soil too. I will have to see if they do taste different...
