I cant seem to upoad an image.

No matter how i try, i can not seem to post an image now. Is there a limit on how many i can upload?
When i use the basic, i click the image, and hit attached, and it runs and does nothing.
When i try that advance, i get this  error when i do the steps.

my pictures are 4 megs or less, and it says it has to be 9.37 or less.

Yes there is a limit you may need Extreme now, unlimited, if you have posted a lot.
 
In your case that is not the issue.You have space left. I am not sure of your issue perhaps you can try another browser or clearing cache.
