i have a pile o poo and some bins... compost help

So first off i will dig up some info on this matter however id like some info from the pepper masters

I have a huge pile o horse poo and was wanting to start composting where do i start?

Well, there are a few places online that help you get everything balanced...

I put everything (Grass clippings, small twigs, shredded junk mail/newspaper IE Greens and browns) into an old truck bed liner that "blew" out of someones truck a few years ago and sat in my front yard for almost a year....

it seems to be working alright.
