I have a sad looking Peter. Can you help?

Would anyone happen to have a clue as to why this Peter Peper plant is yellow? Granted, it is supposed to be a Yellow Peter Pepper, but I thought it would be the fruit that is yellow, not the plant. There are a couple more sprouts coming up yellow as well. This particular one is in a six pack with other Yellow Peter plants but they are a nice looking green. The yellow ones are almost translucent.
 
I keep my plants clean and try and avoid sticking them in anything questionable. Would anyone happen to have any advice for me? Thank you in advance.

chlorophyll free seedling it will die. its nothing to worry about disease wise just a birth defect

sometimes seedlings lack clorophyl so they die within a week or so. (usually called albino seedling)

Thank you all. Nice to know I don't need to get any shots or anything like that. I did have about four out of 25 or so plants come up like that. Perhaps a bad batch of seed from the seedier side of town?
