Mixed berry syrup (failed jam, tried twice to get it to jell)
Blackberry jam, from wild blackberries picked by yours truly
Strawberry jam
Peach and Pineapple jam
Green Tomato Relish
Spicy green tomato relish
Hot home made salsa
Pickled Jalapeño and hot wax peppers
Carrots
Green and wax beans


I really broke in my new pressure canner, used it as both a hot water bath and pressure canner. Bought nine dozen mason jars, both pint and 1/2 pint. Almost used them all.....

So now we understand why you ended up a no-show on the TD this weekend. What an amazing batch of jars you got there!

You made all the goodies which are so lovely to look at.

The Chow-Chow, aka Green Tomato Relish, is very mild, so the wife and freinds can enjoy it. No alarm, but if you show up at my door, I will feed you and send you off with a jar or two. Ya just gotta promise to return the empty jar, so I can refill it next year.......... :D
