I love and grow ghost peppers. Love orange habs love the look of black bettie's for looks. Not a hothead, but like fruity taste of aforementioned when spread out across a sauce. Jalapenos make me cry but ghost does not. I love the 10 minute numbness of a well balanced ghost sauce where as jalapeno is just suffering. Weird right? The fruitiness of the ghost and orange habs is my thing along with numbed lips, not the burn. I like fermenting lots of stuff and like giving out sauces to local businesses near my computer repair etc business. People actually eat it and request more rather than accepting and pouring out or letting rot like most thoughtful gifts. It's not an ice bucket challenge sauce that I share. It's about the fruit of the pepper and what it adds as an ingredient to soups and sauces for me. That's my intro.
