How do I bring it back from Acid Town? I like the heat, and the flavor is good initially, but over the course of a meal, it is waaay too sour. I need to pull it back and tone it down.
Kind of a scorched-earth approach, but if you really want to keep it the same but tone down the lime, you could make another batch the same way with no lime at all and combine them. Only really an option if you want to commit to substantially more of that recipe.
