I am looking for events in the NW Indiana, Chicagoland, and Kenosha regions. I will also continue to search the boards.

How are these events likw FF and ZF set up for wheelchair accessibilty? This includes the partying after the events

I saw several people at the FFS in wheelchairs - It was jammed packed shoulder to shoulder with people but I would say they were moving as fast as everyone else

Zest Fest in Fort Worth is set up for wheel chair access and restrooms...it is held in the Will Rogers Convention center (one of the halls)....it occurs 10-11 September this year....
